These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the website, services, and AI agents (collectively, the "Service") provided by Ky Anh Pham - AI Solutions & Development, Brückenstraße 12, 12439 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us", or "asifthatworks").

2. Description of Service

asifthatworks provides AI-driven productivity agents, including Jarvi, Grim, and Murphy. The Service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. We reserve the right to modify or replace underlying AI models at any time.

3. AI Disclaimer and Liability

• AI Accuracy: AI can produce inaccurate information ("hallucinations").
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output before relying on it.
• Liability Limitation: As a solo-developer enterprise, we provide the Service on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect AI outputs, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime ("Best Effort").

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Plans: Free, Pro, and Unlimited Pro tiers.
• Billing: Processed via Stripe. Monthly billing cycles.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current cycle. No partial refunds.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

By accessing the digital Service, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal expires once the digital content is accessed.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All software, code, designs, and 3D models belong to Ky Anh Pham.
• User Output: You own all rights to specific plans and schedules generated through your use of the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, harassment, reverse-engineering, or violating AI safety guidelines.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
